BuildAI is run by Nikolai Janetzke, based in Tokoroa, Waikato, with more than 25 years of hands-on business and IT experience.
Nik's business journey started in 1998 with Action Computer Support, a small part-time IT business. That early venture led to Future PC, a computer and network support company he grew to 17 staff.
Future PC had no dedicated sales or marketing team. Nik personally handled all the online marketing while running the business. At its peak, Future PC was a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and a Vodafone and HP partner.
Nik also owns and operates Virtual Reality Hire, which still runs today using the same practical booking and AI automation systems BuildAI sells.
That operator background is the difference. Nik understands technology, but he also understands finding customers, employing staff, quoting work, managing cash flow and keeping a business running. Every BuildAI project is judged on one thing: will it save time or help make money?
